I recently stayed at a hotel in a charming village and had a wonderful time. the location was fantastic, right in the center of the village and close to all amenities. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. One detail that stood out was the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided, such as a TV in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

I chose to stay at Hotel Mesnerwirt because, according to the map, it was one of those hotels closest to Hotel Jakobwirt where my niece was staying during their choir's 2-week european tour. I was surprised that the 2 hotels were literally just next to each other. It was also the cheapest. Although it did not offer free wi-fi access initially, I was not charged for using the internet during my stay. Many thanks to Hendrina who was very nice and helpful especially when I had to ask for information about getting to Hippach to catch my niece in one of their concerts and who was also kind enough to ask me the next morning how I got on.Also, Beppi who always served me rich, hot choco every morning.

The staff was very friendly. We had our 10 month old daughter with us, and without asking there was a highchair at the breakfast table, food was heated etc. The beds are comfy and the rooms spacious.
The bathroom was very small. Because of the warm weather we had the windows open and there was quite a bit of street noise (people, church bells, traffic).

Central location
Furniture in the room was very old, the toilet was quite dirty! Dinner at the hotel was pretty expensive and everything tasted like fish...Also the smell in the room & corridor was difficult to stand.

Relationship "costs/quality" really bad! Furniture poor and old. Bad comunication with the office (reception); after my booking I sent many emails (5/6 mails) but I never received an answer. Just with a reallu good assistance of "Booked.net) I finally received a feedback

Great view from the window, well-equipped rooms with modern amenities and comfortable bedding. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from popular tourist spots and restaurants. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help you with anything you need.
The breakfast is a bit mediocre. the limited food variety and unappetizing presentation didn't meet my expectations.

Location was great as it was close to the slopes and other amenities. The room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations in the lobby area.
They rang at all hours of the day and night, making it hard to sleep. The food was mediocre and overpriced.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming village. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the ski lifts just a short walk away. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the new furniture adds a modern touch. The breakfast spread, with its fresh bread, is a great way to start the day. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Plus, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the location and comfortable beds.
No major downsides, just a few small details that could be improved upon.
